Pay: Average $77,000+ per year
Home Time: Local – Home Daily
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | Start between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Haul rail containers throughout Southern California
- No-touch freight
- Mix of drop & hook and live unloads
- Return empty containers to the South Gate rail yard Call 269-408-6738 7AM to 7PM daily
- Automatic day cab trucks
Pay Extras
- $62 per stop
- $45 drop & hook pay
- $30 per Hazmat load (Hazmat not required)
- $35 refrigerated load pay
- Daily pay increases after 1 year (up to $36/day)
Job Details
- Average 10–12 hour shifts
- About 900 miles per week
- 6th workday available for extra income
- Thanksgiving & Christmas are optional workdays
- 6 paid holidays
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 3 months of CDL driving experience
