As a Manager in Enterprise Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on validating compliance and enhancing security within Oracle applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing security measures, and offering guidance for compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored solutions for optimizing operational efficiency within Oracle applications
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of compliance and security initiatives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Developing and overseeing compliance programs to mitigate risks and enhance security frameworks
- Collaborating with client leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client expectations
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and encourage team adoption of new tools
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Compliance Technology
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance compliance and governance frameworks
- Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance program development
- Embracing change and innovation to drive operational performance management
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster professional growth
