As a Manager in Enterprise Technology Solutions focusing on Oracle Security, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services that validate compliance and enhance security within Oracle applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and provide guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching and developing team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of security measures within Oracle applications to enhance data protection and compliance
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored compliance and security solutions
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle compliance initiatives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address compliance challenges
- Developing and overseeing compliance program implementation to align with regulatory standards
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex systems
- Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Validating the quality and timelines of deliverables to meet client expectations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 + years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite for compliance auditing
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance operational risk management strategies
- Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance program development
- Embracing change and innovation in compliance technology solutions
- Mentoring junior staff in compliance advisement and governance framework
