【負責職務】

• 規劃並推進大型客戶專案，掌握範圍、時程、資源、相依性與結案判準
• 擔任專案對客戶端的主要窗口，維持治理節奏與溝通品質
• 整合跨功能技術團隊的投入，於矩陣式組織中推動交付
• 建立風險與議題管理機制，及早辨識並提出處置建議
• 管理專案範圍與承諾的變更，確保變動經過適當程序
• 向公司管理層與客戶高層報告專案狀態
• 與跨市場團隊協作，支援專案推進

【Key Responsibilities】

• Plan and drive large client programs — owning scope, timeline, resources, dependencies, and closure criteria
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, maintaining governance cadence and communication quality
• Integrate input from cross-functional technical teams and drive delivery within a matrixed organization
• Establish risk and issue management practices — identifying problems early and proposing mitigation
• Manage changes to program scope and commitments, ensuring changes go through proper process
• Report program status to company leadership and client executives
• Collaborate with cross-market teams to support program execution
