SJ Group is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced professionals for future opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

• CE Senior Engineer
• CE Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

CE Senior Engineer

• Lead and coordinate construction engineering activities throughout project planning, execution, and site support.
• Review and approve engineering documentation, construction methodologies, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Support project delivery by resolving technical issues and ensuring construction quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of the construction engineering team.

CE Design Engineer

• Prepare construction engineering documentation, technical drawings, work packages, and engineering calculations.
• Support senior engineers in engineering development, constructability reviews, and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with technical reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, and engineering updates throughout project execution.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, method statements, material submittals, and engineering deliverables.

Requirements

CE Senior Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction engineering, project execution, or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering coordination, quality management, and HSE requirements.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

CE Design Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in construction engineering or project engineering.
• Good knowledge of construction standards, engineering documentation, and industry software tools.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, engineering calculations, reports, and construction deliverables.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
