測試開發工程師 (Power PSC/PMC) Staff/Sr. Testing Development Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Test Development Engineer to ensure the performance and reliability of our power systems. In this role, you will design and execute automated test plans for Power System Control (PSC) and Power Management Controller (PMC), using advanced methodologies such as Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL). You’ll validate control algorithms, verify electrical functions, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What You'll Do
1.Test Planning & Strategy
-Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to define testing requirements.
-Develop comprehensive test plans, including methodologies, resources, timelines, and success criteria.
-Implement best practices for testing processes.

2.Test Design & Implementation
-Design and develop test fixtures, automated scripts, and setups for ORV3 Power System PSC/PMC.
-Create detailed test cases and procedures based on specifications and standards.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of test equipment.

3.Test Execution
-Perform functional and performance tests to validate system reliability.

4.Data Analysis & Reporting
-Analyze test results, including IO reporting and CPK data.
-Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas.
-Present findings with actionable recommendations.

5.Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
-Collaborate with project lead engineers to resolve issues.
-Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

6.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
-Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, and results.
-Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practice guides.

主要工作內容:
1. 測試規劃與策略: 與設計、產品及製造團隊合作，定義測試需求; 制定完整的測試計畫，包括測試方法、所需資源、時程規劃及驗收標準; 建立並推動測試流程最佳實務。
2. 測試設計與開發: 針對 ORV3 Power System PSC/PMC 設計及開發測試治具、自動化測試腳本與測試環境; 依據產品規格及相關標準建立測試案例與測試程序; 確保測試設備之校正與維護作業正常執行。
3. 測試執行: 執行功能測試與效能測試，驗證系統可靠度及產品品質。
4. 數據分析與報告: 分析測試結果，包括 I/O 報告及 CPK 數據; 辨識數據趨勢、異常狀況及改善機會; 彙整分析結果並提出具體改善建議。
5. 問題分析與解決: 與專案負責工程師合作解決產品問題; 執行 Root Cause Analysis（根本原因分析）並推動改善措施。
6. 文件管理與知識分享: 維護測試計畫、測試程序及測試結果等相關文件; 建立並分享測試經驗、技術文件及最佳實務指南。
