Celigo Integration Support Specialist
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, Junior to Mid-Level Celigo Integration Support Specialist to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows across our core retail tech ecosystem. In this remote role, the primary responsibility will be handling Celigo (Integrator.io) errors to ensure seamless information exchange between Shopify (E-commerce), NetSuite (ERP), and Extensiv (3PL/Warehouse Management). This role will serve as the first line of defense against data drops, inventory discrepancies, and stuck order states, directly protecting data health and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
Monitor Celigo dashboards daily to identify, diagnose, and resolve errors occurring across Shopify, NetSuite, and Extensiv flows.
Investigate sync failures across our full stack (Shopify → Celigo → NetSuite → Extensiv WMS), including sales orders, item fulfillments, inventory adjustments, refunds/returns, purchase orders/receipts to the 3PL, and product catalog syncs.
Analyze error codes and payloads (JSON/XML) to determine root causes.
Manually correct and re-run failed data payloads when necessary to prevent downstream shipment delays or accounting discrepancies.
Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse teams (Extensiv), accounting/finance (NetSuite), and digital teams (Shopify) to clean up bad master data at the source.
Document recurring errors and work closely with our Operations lead and developer to implement long-term resolution strategies.
Configure Celigo flows, data mappings, transformations, filters, lookups, error handling, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in integration support, data operations, technical application support, or a related role.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Celigo (Integrator.io) and NetSuite, including NetSuite saved searches and transaction records.
Familiarity with Shopify and/or Extensiv (3PL Central) is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTTP, and webhooks.
Strong analytical skills in interpreting error codes, tracing data payloads, testing integration flows, and isolating system failures.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Celigo certification is an advantage.
