Job Summary
Deliver cello instruction to individuals and groups while supporting the planning and execution of school music events to enrich student learning and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cello lessons tailored to individual and group students across all age groups to develop their musical skills and technique
- Design and implement lesson plans that meet diverse student needs and promote progressive skill development
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and support school events including recitals, concerts, and music conferences to enhance student performance opportunities
- Manage scheduling and attendance to ensure compliance with the school’s calendar and operational requirements
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Adhere to the work schedule of 5 days per week, including one weekend day and one non-consecutive weekday off, totaling 47 working hours weekly
- Coordinate annual leave in alignment with school holidays as per the school calendar
