Center Head

Manage overall operations and administration of the training centre.

Ensure smooth execution of training programs, mobilization activities, assessments, and placement processes.

Lead and monitor centre team including trainers, mobilisers, placement coordinators, and support staff.

Achieve centre targets related to admissions, training, certifications, placements, and retention.

Build and maintain relationships with corporates, local employers, NGOs, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.

Conduct employer engagement activities and coordinate placement drives, interviews, and job fairs.

Monitor student attendance, batch progress, documentation, and MIS reporting.

Ensure quality delivery of training as per organizational and project guidelines.

Handle student counselling, grievance management, and parent interactions whenever required.

Plan and execute field activities, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs for mobilization.

Maintain centre infrastructure, discipline, compliance, and audit readiness.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Support implementation of government and CSR skill development projects.

Strong leadership, team handling, and operational management skills.

Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Knowledge of skill development ecosystem, training operations, and placement processes.

Ability to coordinate with corporates and external stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Office, MIS management, and reporting.

Target-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
