Center Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations and administration of the training centre.

  • Ensure smooth execution of training programs, mobilization activities, assessments, and placement processes.

  • Lead and monitor centre team including trainers, mobilisers, placement coordinators, and support staff.

  • Achieve centre targets related to admissions, training, certifications, placements, and retention.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, local employers, NGOs, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.

  • Conduct employer engagement activities and coordinate placement drives, interviews, and job fairs.

  • Monitor student attendance, batch progress, documentation, and MIS reporting.

  • Ensure quality delivery of training as per organizational and project guidelines.

  • Handle student counselling, grievance management, and parent interactions whenever required.

  • Plan and execute field activities, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs for mobilization.

  • Maintain centre infrastructure, discipline, compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

  • Support implementation of government and CSR skill development projects.



Requirements

  • Strong leadership, team handling, and operational management skills.

  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

  • Knowledge of skill development ecosystem, training operations, and placement processes.

  • Ability to coordinate with corporates and external stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MIS management, and reporting.

  • Target-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
