Center Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations of our preschool and daycare facilities in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children while managing staff and engaging with parents. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. - Develop and implement educational programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children. - Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality team. - Foster positive relationships with parents and the community to enhance the center's reputation and enrollment. - Monitor and manage the center's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation. - Conduct regular assessments of the center's programs and make improvements as necessary. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of preschool and daycare operations, including Montessori and kindergarten methodologies. - Excellent leadership and management skills to motivate and guide staff. - Effective communication skills to interact with parents, children, and staff. - Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment for children. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
