Key Responsibilities

1. Programme & Project Administration

• Support project operations, including grant administration, claims processing, procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing

• Maintain project plans, budgets, trackers, reports, presentations, and programme documentation

• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support management and stakeholder reporting

2. Programme Monitoring & Reporting

• Track programme milestones, deliverables, key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets

• Consolidate programme data, feedback, and impact metrics

• Prepare project updates, dashboards and management reports

3. Outreach & Engagement Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating outreach, engagement, and community impact activities

• Support event logistics, venue coordination, participant registration, onsite engagement activities, and post-event evaluations

• Liaise with co-operatives, youth groups, community partners, vendors and external stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in project administration, programme coordination, or related roles

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organisational, coordination and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
