Role Details

• Role: Centralised Support Partner

• Level: Executive/ Senior Executive

To help roll out centralised support services for co-operatives under the Singapore Co-operative Movement 10-YearTransformation Roadmap. The role will support the coordination of shared services, vendor arrangements, secondment initiatives and operational follow-through. The candidate will take ownership of assigned workstreams while working closely with initiative leads, co-operatives, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shared Services Development &Vendor Management

  • Engage co-operatives and partners to understand common serviceneeds through consultation and needs analysis, with guidance from initiativeleads, and support the facilitation of shared service initiatives.
  • Coordinate assigned aspects of vendor sourcing, service scoping, evaluation, onboarding and service delivery, applying project management practices to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain vendor records and support service reviews, implementation and improvements.

2. Capability & Secondment Facilitation

  • Support the development and coordination of capability-sharing and secondment initiatives
  • Coordinate stakeholder discussions, matchingarrangements and follow-up actions, and independently follow through on agreed next steps where appropriate.
  • Contribute to process reviews and propose practical improvements to related guidelines, workflows and documentation.

3. Programme Tracking, Records &Reporting

  • Support programme tracking across shared services, secondment another assigned initiatives
  • Prepare draft reports, budget papers, procurement submissions and supporting documentation for review.
  • Maintain records and monitor service utilisation, implementation progress and feedback

4. Other Responsibilities

  • Undertake any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma inBusiness, Operations Management, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, vendor coordination or service delivery, though strong adaptability and transferable skills will be weighed over strict years of experience - no specific industry background or prior co-operative sector connections required.
  • Able totake ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams, coordinate acrossstakeholders, and follow through to completion, while exercising judgment onwhen to seek guidance or escalation.
  • Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in the public sector, social service, membership-based organisations or sector development would be an advantage.

This role will be a contract role (1 + 1 year).
