Job Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching and support staff
- Foster positive teamwork and collaboration among team members
- Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations at all times
- Build and maintain positive partnerships with parents and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
- Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPL)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader
- Proven experience in managing administrative and operational functions in a preschool setting
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Good command of spoken and written English
