Centre Manager

The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a therapeutic massage centre operating under the Massage Establishment Exemption framework. The role focuses on staff management, operational efficiency, service quality control, and compliance with Singapore regulations.

This position does not involve providing massage services and strictly supports health-related therapeutic massage operations.

Oversee daily operations of the therapeutic massage centre
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with exemption conditions and relevant regulations
• Handle customer service matters and operational enquiries
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional service standards
• Coordinate with management on operational improvements
• Experience in operations or centre management (wellness / healthcare preferred)
• Knowledge of therapeutic massage or wellness industry operations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations professionally
