Job Summary
Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth centre operations while collaborating with management across Customer Relations, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of Customer Relations and Admin Executives to deliver seamless centre operations
- Collaborate with management teams in Customer Relations, Operations, Administration, Sales, and Marketing to align operational goals
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction
- Apply meticulous attention to detail to manage daily operational tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to maintain smooth day-to-day centre functions
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding the team to meet service standards and operational objectives
- Maintain professional etiquette and a service-oriented approach in all interactions
- Work on weekends as part of a Wednesday to Sunday 5-day work week schedule
- Use Microsoft Excel proficiently to support operational reporting and data management
- Liaise fluently in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates and clients
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational tasks
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin for client and associate interactions
- Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills to handle daily issues efficiently
