Centre Manager [North / Central / East] ##EC
Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.15am - 7.15pm (Weekdays) 9am - 1pm (Weekends)
Working Location: North, Central or East
Benefits: PB + Yearly Increment
Gross Salary: Up to $5500 (Basic Salary: Up to $5000)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe, conducive environment for students and staff.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Student Care Teachers and support staff through training, performance management, and manpower planning.
- Plan and manage student care programmes, enrichment activities, and academic support initiatives to promote students' holistic development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents by handling enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally while fostering strong community engagement.
- Drive centre growth through student enrolment, retention, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a Student Care Centre, Education Centre, Childcare Centre, Tuition Centre, or related educational setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
