Summary

Oversee global operations and strategy for a Singapore-based industrial systems firm, leading business development in China and Asia-Pacific while managing executive relationships and high-stakes investments.

· Manage relations with top management, building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.

· Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives globally.

· Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

· Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the Business Plan and overall strategy and mission.

· Making high-quality investing decisions to advance the business globally and increase profits.

· Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.

· Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth globally.

· Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company both in China and Asia Pacific.

· Leading CNIM business development both in China and Asia Pacific.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required, MBA preferred.
  • At least 20 years of relevant work experience in the mechanical and electrical systems industry, with successful experience in sales and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute and manage successful business strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a global environment and a demonstrated understanding of international business.
  • Comfortable with prolonged international travel to pursue business opportunities.
