Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct data analysis and market/industry research to support strategic decision-making
- Develop strategic initiatives, translate them into actionable execution plans, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Monitor and track the implementation of key projects and company-wide initiatives
- Evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance
- Execute strategic priorities across multiple functions and business units
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
