'The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to C-level executives and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve working with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially collaborating with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
• Recognize, assess, and resolve critical issues facing the company across departments;
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
• Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;
• Develop data-driven insights for strategy formulation;
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively;
• Support the company's overall strategic planning and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is highly desirable;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
