Strategic Planning
- Drive strategies for sustainable revenue and profit growth.
- Set priorities and adapt to market and technology changes.
Leadership
- Lead and develop the management team.
- Empower managers and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead regional initiatives as required.
Customer& Market Growth
- Drive customer value, market share, and new business growth.
- Strengthen key client and partner relationships.
Operations
- Oversee P&L, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Improve processes and mitigate business risks.
People Management
- Manage compensation and career progression.
- Develop talent and maintain employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise software, IT, business analytics, or technology.
- Strong team leadership and people development skills.
- Good business acumen and technology/service delivery experience.
- Client-focused with a strong value-add mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with partners and regional teams.
