Define, refine, and execute Deltaping Labs’ short-term and long-term corporate vision, business strategies, and expansion goals.
Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth and investment opportunities.
Drive innovation and establish Deltaping Labs as a trusted leader in its industry sector.

Take full P&L accountability for the company, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and sustainable profit margins.
Direct internal operations, establishing robust workflows, governance structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare annual budgets, continuous financial forecasts, and resource allocation plans for board approval.

Spearhead regional and global strategic partnerships, enterprise business development, and client acquisition.
Represent Deltaping Labs at industry conferences, investor meetings, and public forums to elevate brand awareness and authority.
Drive investor relations and lead fundraising initiatives when applicable.

Build, mentor, and foster a transparent, high-performing, and innovation-driven company culture.
Lead C-suite and department heads to align team goals with global strategic priorities.
Implement effective talent acquisition and retention frameworks.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.
Senior Management Experience: Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Founder, or C-suite executive (8+ years preferred) in a fast-paced technology, R&D, or lab-innovation environment.
P&L Management: Demonstrated success in managing P&L, scaling business operations, and achieving revenue milestones.
Capital & Strategy: Proven track record in corporate strategy, business expansion, or leading fundraising rounds and investor management.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, investors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Deep knowledge of modern technology trends, product life cycles, and commercialization strategies.
Familiarity with Singapore’s corporate governance regulations and international expansion frameworks.
