Certified Dietary Manager-Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM,CFPP)

Heritage Post Acute of Florence is seeking a Certified Dietary Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department and ensure quality food service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate dietary staff and daily operations
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to residents' dietary needs
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Monitor inventory and food supplies
• Maintain accurate dietary documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred/required
• Previous supervisory experience in dietary/food service preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations
