Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Health and Hospice

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Location: Pollock Pines, Camino, Placerville, Diamond Springs, Rescue, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, CA
Schedule: Per Deim

*Active HHA certification required*

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) in patients’ homes
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Administer medications as directed
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Active HHA certification required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Minimum of 1 year HHA experience
• Basic medical knowledge
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality
