In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production environments
- Support of batch-based production processes, particularly within the food industry
- Execution of preventive maintenance and continuous improvement measures
- Documentation of maintenance activities in line with company and regulatory standards
- Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams in Germany and the U.S.
- After relocation: Ensuring reliable plant operations and further development of technical standards on-site
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Certified Electrician / Industrial Electrician / Mechatronics Technician or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the food industry or in the technical support of batch-based process production systems
- Extensive hands-on experience in the maintenance and servicing of industrial equipment
- Good knowledge of EPLAN (e.g., EPLAN Electric P8) for electrical design, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Very good English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
- High level of intercultural openness and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a structured and reliable way of working
- Team-oriented mindset combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Willingness to work in an international setup during the first year (approx. 50% Germany / 50% USA) as well as to permanently relocate to Plymouth, Indiana (USA) after 12 months, including the ability to meet U.S. visa requirements
