| Job Summary: | Lead on Employee Health Processes and Compliance, as well as assists in both registration and rooming of patients, |
| Job Duties/Responsibilities: | |
| • | Leads processes around employee health |
| • | Collects vitals, weight, and patient information and completes any intial testing in preparation for provider |
| • | Completes medication reconciliation |
| • | Orders any testing or labs requested by provider |
| • | Completes all Prior Authorizations for tests and surgeries ordered |
| • | Efficiently conducts check-in, check-out, and rescheduling procedures as needed |
| • | Prepares meds for injections |
| • | Calls patients with results |
| • | Completes FMLA paperwork |
| • | Maintains stock |
| • | Scans/indexes medical records |
| • | Performs other duties as assigned |
