Specialties at PMG: Oncology/Hematology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Gastroenterology, Primary Care, Cardiology, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology.

Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Prepare and maintain patient documentation
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and laboratory testing
• Triage patient calls
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Coordinate care with clinical departments
• Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies
• Deliver excellent patient service
• Travel between PMG locations as needed

Certified Medical Assistant Qualifications:

• Current Medical Assistant certification/credential required
• Recent medical office experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• One year of Medical Assistant experience preferred

Schedules

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• One Saturday a month 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Some roles may require early mornings and late nights based on the needs of the department so flexibility is necessary

Work Locations

Regular rotation among our offices in:

• Princeton, NJ
• Plainsboro, NJ
• Monroe, NJ

Pre-employment drug screen is required
