We are seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the growing team. The CMAs assist the registered nurses to provide high quality health care to students from PreK – 12 grades in a 40-bed Health Center and in the school-based clinics. This includes assisting with admissions & discharge procedures of students, as well as transporting and accompanying students to and from medical appointments off campus including emergency room visits.
This is a year-round position averaging 24-29 hours per week. Shifts are primarily 3\:00 p.m. – 11\:30 p.m. and include every other weekend plus a rotating holiday schedule, based on student’s needs. Potential set schedule\: Week 1\: Thursday - Sunday; Week 2\: Thursday and Friday.
Hourly pay rate\: $22.91 - 30.59 an hour (plus shift differential), pay is determined based on experience. Part-time employees are eligible for a retirement savings plan, an employee assistance program (EAP), free lunches when on duty, and Hershey area discounts.
