Certified Medical Assistant- Women's Health Advantage (Dupont)

Women's Health Advantage is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused healthcare environment.

Position Overview

As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical staff. Responsibilities include a combination of clinical and administrative duties to ensure efficient daily operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient information

• Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate medical records

• Prepare, stock, and maintain examination rooms

• Enter orders and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care

• Administer injections and perform clinical tasks within the scope of practice

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and team members

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies

Schedule

• Full-time, approximately 36–40 hours per week

• Monday through Friday

• No weekends or holidays

Qualifications

Required:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy clinical environment

• Commitment to providing excellent patient care

Preferred:

• At least one year of medical assisting experience

• Previous OB/GYN or women's health experience

• Experience working with electronic medical records
