We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at Women's Health Advantage. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential support to physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and the care team by performing both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and taking vitals

• Charting and preparing patient records

• Preparing and maintaining exam rooms

• Entering orders into the EMR system

• Assisting with procedures and administering injections

• Providing excellent patient service and communication

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time (36-40 hours per week)

• Monday – Friday (No weekends or holidays)

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program required

• 1+ year of experience preferred; OB/GYN experience a plus
