As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by administering medications safely and accurately while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility procedures
  • Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate medication administration records
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols at all times
  • Support the community's mission of providing exceptional care and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the State of New Jersey
  • Previous long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.

Shift:

  • Part time/Per Diem 3pm-11pm
