WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the performance, reliability, and quality expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  

• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and computerized diagnostics
  

• Identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns
  

• Use Mercedes-Benz factory diagnostic tools and technology
  

• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
  

• Document accurate cause-and-correction information on repair orders
  

• Perform quality-control inspections and test drives as needed
  

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other service team members
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in their work and has the technical expertise to deliver quality repairs.

Required and preferred qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership technician experience REQUIRED
  

• Current Mercedes-Benz factory certification REQUIRED to qualify for the $15,000 combined sign-on bonus and relocation package
  

• Mercedes-Benz dealership experience strongly preferred
  

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities
  

• Experience diagnosing complex vehicle concerns
  

• Ability to follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  

• Professional work ethic and team-oriented attitude
  

• Must provide your own technician tools
  

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  

• Must meet applicable pre-employment background, motor vehicle record, and drug-screening requirements
