Certified Nurse Asststant

The CNA is a Home Health Aide providing ADL's to those living with chronic medical and physical conditions.

Caring for the patient’s in their home with bathing, ambulating, feeding, grooming, medication, etc.

Accompany patient’s to and from doctor’s appointments, Day Program and field trips.

Housekeeping including interior, medication reminder, house plants and pets when needed.

Provide daily reports to supervisor concerning patient’s condition and report changes that affect care.

The CNA should be at least 18 years of age. Prior medical care or personal care experiences are a plus.
Individuals must be concerned about their personal growth and development.

Must have completed skill training and understands needs of medically disabled population served.

Salary is based on experience and will be addressed upon interview.

This position is a Part-time position and requires some weekends and on-call.
