Windom Area Health is committed to making the vision of accessible, patient-centered midwifery care a reality for the families we serve. We are seeking two full-time Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs) to help establish and grow a collaborative midwifery program in rural southwest Minnesota.

These positions offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive, relationship-based care across pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and women’s health. The two CNMs will work closely with one another and as valued members of an interdisciplinary maternity care team that includes OB/GYN physicians and family medicine physicians providing obstetric care.

Salary Description: $116,480.00 - $174,720.00 per year
