Certified Nursing Assistant 3rd Shift

The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team on 2nd shift. We specialize in caring for individuals with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a CNA, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents, support their daily needs, and make a positive difference in their lives each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Safely assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility, including the use of mechanical lifts and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in their condition, including neurological and muscular status, to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Document resident care activities accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive, individualized resident care.
• Follow infection control protocols, safety procedures, and facility policies at all times.
• Support residents in maintaining their dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
