Concordia at RP Home is looking for a caring, dependable CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in providing compassionate care and creating meaningful connections with our residents.

What You'll Do as a CNA
Our CNAs are an essential part of our residents’ daily lives. You will:
Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with daily activities
Help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene
Answer call bells and respond promptly to resident needs
Assist with transfers, positioning, and restorative care
Observe residents and communicate important changes to the nursing team
Document care and treatments accurately
Assist residents with activities and help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
Protect resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent resident care
What We're Looking For
Current Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
A caring, compassionate, and dependable attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
High school diploma/GED preferred
New CNAs who have completed an approved Nurse Aide training program are welcome to apply!
