Clarity Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to private-pay clients throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Build meaningful relationships while enjoying flexible scheduling, paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

What You'll Do

Provide Compassionate, Personalized Care

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers and other personal care needs.
• Follow individualized Plans of Care to ensure safe, consistent and respectful support.
• Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and personal preferences.

Promote Independence & Well-Being

• Encourage clients to remain as independent and engaged in daily life as possible.
• Build trusting relationships through companionship, conversation and meaningful interaction.
• Respect each client’s preferences, routines and individuality while supporting their personal goals.

Create a Safe & Comfortable Home Environment

• Assist with light housekeeping, shopping, errands and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable living environment.
• Recognize and communicate changes in client health, behavior or support needs.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality care.

Basic Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
• Previous experience providing personal care.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to successfully complete required caregiver background checks.
