Overview:
Heritage Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for resident care and strive to providing high-quality services.
Duties
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living) and personal care; including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, meal assistance
- Monitor/Record/Report Vital signs
- Support residents in Assisted Living and specialized units such as Memory Care
- Assists with healthcare procedures as necessary within state regulations
- Utilize electronic medical record efficiently and properly
- Communicate appropriately with residents, resident families, and staff member
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
