Position Details
We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.
This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.
Pay
$19.06 - $22.77 per hour (based on experience)

Essential Functions
- Provides resident-centered personal care and mobility assistance according to care plans and scope of training while protecting resident rights and confidentiality.
- Accurately documents care in the medical record and CareTracker and reports resident needs to the team leader before the end of each shift.
- Follows safety, infection control, universal precautions, PPE, body mechanics, equipment-use, and organizational policies while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach.
- Maintains reliable attendance, supports staffing/on-call coverage, completes required training and education, and collaborates with all disciplines to uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
