SummitWest Care is a local nonprofit home care agency seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support to clients throughout Mesa County.
Home care offers a unique opportunity to spend meaningful time with the people you serve. Rather than caring for multiple residents in a facility setting, you'll provide individualized care in clients' homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Schedule & Availability
Applicants must have availability for:
- Weekend morning and evening shifts
- Some weekday morning and evening shifts
Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process and matched to client care needs whenever possible.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation
- Observe for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Provide companionship and encourage social engagement
- Assist with light housekeeping and household support tasks
- Follow individualized care plans and established care instructions
- Complete accurate and timely care for documentation
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, professional
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the care team
Experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or other health settings is not required.
