Victorian Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team!

We are a welcoming, 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our team is committed to providing exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with meals, hydration, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Create meaningful connections with residents while promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current and active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to care for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends.
