Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with RMA Certification – Required (11PM - 7AM Shift)

We are seeking highly qualified, part- and full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who also hold an active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification. Both certifications are required to join our team and deliver excellent care for our residents. The ideal candidates will have senior living experience (e.g., long-term care, assisted living, memory support) and a passion for working with an elderly population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in accordance with Virginia state guidelines and physician orders (RMA role)
• Accurately complete Medication Administration Records (MAR) and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions
• Deliver personalized care in alignment with resident care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and changes in condition
• Ensure safe transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain a safe, restraint-free environment and implement fall prevention strategies
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
