2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.42 /hour + shift differential

The primary responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) include, but are not limited to, assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s); bathing, dressing, toileting and dining; documenting resident care, while always respecting and promoting each resident’s rights and always maintaining a clean and safe home-like environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed 80-hour certification courses in Geriatric Nursing or is presently enrolled.
- Must have passed Virginia NACEP test after completion of 80-hour certification course.
- Must have current Nursing Assistant license through Virginia Board of Nursing.
- Must have CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its integrity.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and have good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in stressful environment and deal with medical emergency situations.
- Strong customer service skills; maintain a hospitality approach to engaging with all individuals.
