- In-Home Direct Care & ADL Assistance: Travels to clients' homes to provide compassionate, hands-on support with personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, and safe transfers.
- Care Plan Execution & Health Monitoring: Follows individualized care plans to foster comfort and independence while actively monitoring and reporting physical, emotional, or mental condition changes.
- Safe Environment & Client Advocacy: Maintains a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment tailored to support each client's specific daily living needs.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certified Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentialed from the Alabama Certified Nurse Aid Registry
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
- One-year CNA experience
