- Daily Living Support: Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Observe residents closely and report physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff.
- Safety & Care Assistance: Maintain a clean, safe environment and partner with nurses on physician-ordered care.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in a nursing home type facility.
