• Daily Living Support: Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Observe residents closely and report physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff.
• Safety & Care Assistance: Maintain a clean, safe environment and partner with nurses on physician-ordered care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a nursing home type facility.
