Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $19.46–$21.76/hour, based on experience
- Weekend Differential: Additional $2.00/hour
- Schedule: Part-time, day shift
- Rotating weekends and holidays
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate personal care that promotes dignity and independence
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Communicate residents’ needs to the care team
- Collaborate with coworkers to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
- Current Indiana CNA certification
- A passion for caring for older adults
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Dependability and a commitment to quality care
