Pay: $17–$19 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care according to individual care plans.

• Help patients safely move, reposition, and transfer as needed.

• Provide mealtime assistance and support with nutritional needs.

• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, skin integrity, and overall well-being to the nursing team.

• Assist with routine care needs, including weights and nutritional supplements.

• Complete required documentation and communicate important updates to nursing staff.

• Travel between patient homes and assisted living communities to provide scheduled care.

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification in good standing with the state of Utah.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current Food Handler's Permit.

• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care is preferred.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to caregiving.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while being part of a care team.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17–$19 per hour.

• Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
