Are you passionate about helping patients improve their independence, mobility, and quality of life? Resolve Diamondback is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a full-time basis!

Position Overview

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, support patients in achieving their functional goals, and promote independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active state COTA license or certification, as applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, as required by the facility.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
