Pay starting at
Part-time hours (no closing availability): $11/hour
$13 per hour starting pay for 2 closes a week availability
$13.50 per hour starting pay for 3 closes a week availability
$14 per hour starting pay for 4+ closes a week availability
Pay Type: Starting at $11/hour and up, based on position and qualifications
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time, 12–40 hrs/week

- Shows up on time and works hard during evening shifts to keep service running smoothly
- Works well with a team, communicates clearly with coworkers, and supports teammates during busy rushes
- Greets guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provides attentive service from start to finish
- Demonstrates honesty and follows Chick-fil-A standards, recipes, and policies consistently
- Delivers great customer service by listening to guest needs, handling questions confidently, and responding with patience
- Keeps a clean, organized workspace by following food-safety and sanitation procedures throughout the shift
- Handles high-volume periods with a positive attitude and stays focused on quality and speed
