CFD Market Making – Analyst Programmer

Salary: $3,800 – $4,500 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst Programmer to join our CFD Market Making Team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Reporting to the Data Analyst Manager, you will contribute to business operations and growth through the delivery of technological solutions and design, develop and maintain our trading applications and infrastructures. Working with the senior members of the team, your responsibilities include:

• Analyze business requirements and operational workflows and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications, databases, and automation solutions supporting CFD Market Making operations.

• Develop and optimize data pipelines, system integrations and APIs.

• Build and enhance live dashboards to support trading, risk management, and business decision-making.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production systems to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and system governance procedures.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Collaborate with traders, analysts, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Background in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent/related fields.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C++, Java, C, SQL, Python) and Microsoft Office is a must.

• Basic understanding of trading and risks concepts and financial markets is preferred.

• Experience with Parallel Computing is an advantage.

• Certifications in CMFAS M1a, M5 & M6 and M6a is an advantage.
